Having moved to Ontario at the start of Covid and with housing inventory at a minimum we ended up buying a house in Oakville which was 'tired' requiring a complete renovation. We interviewed several contractors but on meeting Chris we were immediately impressed with his knowledge, flexibility and the detail in his budgeting. What distinguished Chris from the others was that they all wanted us to sign on for a 700K spend with considerable 'trust' with limited detail in the fine print.
