In early stages of planning and design we will go over pricing to establish budget you are comfortable with. Once you own desired land to build on it is very important to obtain a building permit and multiple approvals from your municipality where some of them include Zoning Review, Site Plan Approval, Conservation Authority approval. Once those approvals are finalized along with your house plans, we can start moving forward with construction of your new home. We hire highly skilled trades to ensure that the process goes as smooth as possible and keep line of communications fully open, so you stay fully informed.

Some of the main construction steps include:

• Demolition and site preparation

• Framing

• Rough Plumbing, Electrical HVAC

• Insulation

• Drywall and Interior Fixtures, Exterior Finishes

• Interior Trim, Exterior walkways and driveway

• Flooring, Countertops, Finishing of exterior grading

• Trims, Fixtures, Shower Doors

• Landscaping

Each major milestone during construction of your new home will require approvals upon inspections from municipality you live in to ensure everything is according to requirements.
